TEAM EVENT - BUDDY COACH Swim Practice - Saturday January 13th at Zatzman
Swimmers from Fundamentals and Blue squads will be teamed up with a swimmer from Gold and Junior squads to work on flip turns, underwater swim and starts. Buddy coaches will be making use of the underwater camera and ipads to provide swimmers video feedback.
