Reminder - Complete Payment Authorization Form

Welcome to DCSC!  We are looking forward to what will be a fun and exciting year!

REMINDER:

1) IF YOU REGISTERED FOR MONTHLY PAYMENTS, please complete the DCSC 2024-2025 Payment Authorization (attached to your registration confirmation email) to set up PREAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWALS. Save it with your swimmer's last name (i.e. S_Swimmer_2024) and return it to the Registrar.  Please direct any questions to Colleen Crowther (Registrar).

2) On September 1st, an invoice will be sent with a breakdown of the first month's fees. If you notice a problem, please report it to the Registrar (Colleen).

3) For MONTHLY accounts, on September 15th, the first month's payment will be withdrawn. For ANNUAL accounts, payment must be made in full by September 15th, 2024.

4) Whether you are paying ANNUALLY or MONTHLY, you will receive an email from Swim Canada after September 1, 2024 - please complete their registration process.  Swimmers CANNOT be entered into Time Trials or SWIM MEETS until this is completed.
