Hospitality Call Out: AA Meet #1 - Jan 18th, 2025

We Are Hosting: AA Meet #1, Halifax Centennial Pool, January 18th

2025 is fast approaching and our AA hosted meet is just around the corner. DCSC is hosting the first AA meet on January 18th. As this is a two- session meet, we need more hands to put this together. We need parents, especially the AA families to lead this meet. We're calling all DCSC families for donations to run the Hospitality Suite. As the host Club, we are responsible for feeding all the officials, timers and coaches who make this meet possible. We will rely on donations to make this happen. This is a great way to earn your Participation Points! By donating to the Hospitality Suite, you will earn 1 participation point per $20 donated. Please see the attached list of items needed and sign-up! If you choose to donate cash, kindly e- transfer to dcsctreasurer2022@gmail.com. 

Our Hospitality Coordinator, Maria Leah Bautista will meet with all volunteers a week before the meet to make sure everyone knows your responsibility during each session.
