Hospitality Call Out

Part of competitions is having a host club and this year DCSC is excited to host three meets. As you may know, everyone operating around the pool during a meet is a volunteer and it takes a lot of work to make sure everyone is fed during these large meets. Successfully hosting a meet includes the host club being responsible for feeding the volunteer teams. In addition, the hosting club also has the opportunity to have a canteen to fundraise for the club. The DCSC hospitality lead is Maria Bautista and the first meet we are hosting is November 2 - it's not too late (or too early) to pitch in. We require volunteers to setup and clean up and provide food (in advance and to support distribution to the volunteers during the meet).
