 AA Age Group Development Meet #1 Details:

In preparation for the upcoming AA Meet hosted by DCSC this Saturday & Sunday at Centennial Pool, please find attached the session reports and psych sheets and take note of the following:

Warm-Ups

•       Sprint Lanes will be open in the Deep End Lanes 1, 2, 5 & 6 for the last 15 minutes of Sessions 1 and 2, and the last 10 minutes of Session 3
•       The shallow end will be available for continuous warm-up/down throughout the meet

Distance Events

•        Distance events will swim 1 per lane, they will swim fastest to slowest, alternating gender
•       Positive check-In for all distance events will be due at 1:45pm on Sunday at the Administration Desk (located in the corner behind the blocks)

Scratches

•       Scratches are to be brought to the Administration Desk located in the corner behind the blocks as soon as possible during warm-up to allow time to print new HS if needed.

Other

•        Reminder to all coaches, swimmers, volunteers and spectators to sign in at the front desk of Centennial Pool with your vehicle license plate number to avoid being towed/ticketed.
•        Please being refillable water bottles because there will be a limited supply of bottled water available at the canteen.
•       Heat Sheets (HS) will be available for purchase by spectators at the canteen for a small fee.
•        Entry fees have been confirmed by Maureen, please be sure to send e-transfers in advance or a cheque payable to Dartmouth Crusaders Swim Club at the start of the first session and deliver it to the Administration Desk
•        All spectators must remain in designated areas and not access the pool deck.
